Fender Jim Root Telecaster MIM w/ EMG 60/81 & Original Fender Hard Case

This is the Jim Root signature Telecaster model, with mahogany body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, black hardware, white pickguard, EMG 60 neck pickup, EMG 81 bridge pickup, single master volume control, 3-way blade selector, and string-through hardtail bridge.

The guitar is in fully functional used condition and presents very well overall, but it shows cosmetic signs of use. There are visible surface scratches and marks on the body, especially on the back, plus light handling marks around the hardware, pickguard, bridge, and controls. The neck plate still has protective plastic on it. I do not see any cracks, breaks, neck damage, or structural repairs in the photos.

This model is built as a stripped-down, heavy-duty Telecaster for modern rock and metal: active EMG pickups, simple controls, mahogany body, fast ebony fingerboard, black hardware, and a hardtail string-through bridge. Fender’s published specs list the Jim Root Telecaster with a mahogany body, Flat black finish, 12" ebony fingerboard, EMG 60/81 active humbuckers, single volume, 3-way switch, and included hard case.

Includes the Fender hard case shown in the photos with red plush interior. The case has visible cosmetic wear and marks but is functional.
