This guitar was Made in Japan in 2000

One of the most meticulously hand-made and unique archtops ever to come out of Japan. The craftsmanship of this guitar exceeds almost anything else. It's a work of art as well as a tone monster. The guitar is in near mint condition! This guitar has never been sold and still has the plastic on the pickups. To my amazement this guitar plays and sounds a lot like if not better than any Gibson custom shop 335 style guitar and has the stylish looks of a Rickenbacker, including Easy Access To ALL Of The Frets!

Blues was a brand name of the Japanese ONG Musical Instrument Company. The brand was launched in 1999 by ONG president and founder Moony K. Omote (who had previously worked for Fernandes). There were several Blues models including the semi-hollow "Blues Guitar" original model as well as some signature models for Clarence Gatemouth Brown and Otis Rush. I saw Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown play a BLUES GUITAR about 30+ years ago. Also I've heard that the following guitarist also own a "BLUES GUITAR":
