Sonar's Legendary Drum: The D-505

This is the Phonic D506 Ferro-Manganese Steel Snare, a flagship model in Sonorfs metal snare series.
The seamless, slightly thin-walled steel shell produces an open and delicate tone.
Characterized by its rich midrange, it delivers a refined sound despite being a steel shell.
The pressed hoop design features a thicker top hoop and a thinner bottom hoop,
achieving a balance between an open resonance and a powerful attack.
The 506 has a depth of 6 inches and, alongside the LM402, was a staple among deep-shell metal snares.

This particular drum has a few minor scratches but does not look heavily used; considering its age, it is in good condition.
The sound is very well-balanced, allowing you to enjoy an open, airy tone.
Itfs in excellent condition and will serve you well for years to come.
It even comes with the original snare wires!
