Vintage all tube guitar/bass amplifier manufactured by Sound Electronics Corporation in New York. Sound Electronics was formed in the mid-sixties by an ex-Ampeg engineer who wanted to make guitar amplifiers with a clean sound and Ampeg build quality.
This is a two channel amplifier. Each channel has two inputs and seperate volume, bass and treble controls. Reverb and tremelo can be selected for each channel. There is a phono plug for an extension speaker cabinet. The amplifier uses 4x7024 and 1x12AX7 for the preamp and 2X7868 for the output.
The cabinet is bass reflex with a 15" speaker. The original speaker was replaced with a JBL.
