Up for sale is an incredible 2019 Gibson Custom Shop 1958 Les Paul Reissue (R8) in a gorgeous Burst finish. 2019 was a stellar year for the Custom Shop, featuring ultra-accurate historic specifications, unpotted Custombucker pickups, and hide-glue construction.
This guitar is a tone machine. It is resonant, beautifully balanced, and plays effortlessly up and down the neck. It’s also super light at 8.55 lbs.
Great / Excellent condition. It has been meticulously cared for in a smoke-free home studio.
Body/Neck: The top, back, and neck are incredibly clean with only minor, faint swirling from light handling.
The Only Notable Blemish: There is a single minor ding on the side of the headstock (clearly pictured in the photos). It is purely cosmetic, does not affect structural integrity, and is completely out of sight while playing.
