1960's Kay Dreadnought. Great playing guitar with big tone. Another instrument where an x-brace conversion was done. This one completed by Seven Wards Guitar. Ben at Seven Wards does a great job restoring these old acoustics. It's all done and this guitar is ready for years of enjoyment. Work includes a neck reset, x-bracing, new nut and saddle, new bridge pins, bridge reset, new frets. This guitar plays and sounds terrific. It is a pretty rare model and seems to be Kays attempt to upgrade as the materials used are very nice. The fretboard inlays are a sight to see. It has its share of dings and dents, most notably an indentation on the treble side bout, but everything is solid. Feel free to ask any questions. Local sale only.
