I think this is what you would call a "trash mic", but good trash. I used it as a character microphone for vocals, but it's widely used as a underside snare microphone. The screen has some denting but doesn't affect performance. DIN connector with XLR cable. These are kind of a hidden gem for the price. I like this YouTuber, he does microphone demos and talks about flat earth.
