This is a MIDI interface/patch bay. I'm sure the rest of the functions work but I only ever used Merge All so all MIDI inputs are mapped to all MIDI outputs. That way you can use several MIDI controllers on multiple MIDI devices. Comes with a power cable. Video shows all inputs/outputs work.
