Paiste 3000 18” Reflector Power Crash 1628g 1988-1995

Cymbal is in very good used condition. It has wear and cosmetic blemishes from normal use. Logos are strong with minimal fading. Overall, this cymbal looks excellent for being about 40 years old. Crafted in Switzerland, the Paiste 18" 3000 Power Crash is a professional-grade, medium-heavy cymbal made from Paiste's proprietary CuSn8 (2002) bronze. Known for its bright, high-pitched, and explosive attack, it delivers maximum projection and long sustain to easily cut through high-volume rock mixes. Weight is 1628 grams.

The 3000 Series was a premium, professional line of cymbals intended to replace or modernize the legendary 2002 series. Reflector cymbals had a specialized finish treatment applied giving the cymbals a mirror-like, high-gloss brilliance. Unlike "brilliant" finishes from other manufacturers, which are achieved by aggressive mechanical buffing that strips away metal and alters the cymbal's structure, Paiste used a proprietary artisan polishing and lathing process. This provides a highly reflective surface without putting physical stress on the bronze.
