Crafted from Khaya, a Mahogany variant renowned for its pronounced midrange and lively attack, this tonewood sets the stage for sonic excellence. A robust 5-piece Maple neck, fortified by a heavy-duty truss rod, not only enhances treble response but also ensures enduring durability. With Dingwall's experience in manufacturing exposed to extreme climates, their neck reinforcement is second to none. Completing the neck is a Pau Ferro fingerboard, lending a touch of warmth and an incredibly smooth playing experience.

Multi-Scale Design:
The D-Roc Custom's standout feature is its multi-scale design, featuring a 36.25" scale for the low E string and a 34" scale for the G string. This unique approach imparts the bass with added punch and clarity where it matters most. Fanned frets ensure precise intonation across the entire fingerboard, fitting the natural resting position of your hand. While it may appear unconventional at first, adapting to this neck design is surprisingly effortless.

Hardware & Electronics:
The D-Roc Standard is equipped with three FD-3N passive pickups, known for their punchy tone, thanks to Neodymium magnets that deliver higher output and a more aggressive sound. This complements the tonewood combination, yielding a decidedly modern tonal character. A 4-way switch offers a wide tonal palette, and Dingwall has chosen a traditional jack plate with a Switchcraft jack connection for maximum reliability. The hardware is a sleek black ensemble, featuring Dingwall Combustion tuners and a specially designed bridge with a custom riser system that combines increased adjustability and sturdiness.
