Comes with a new tusq nut. The tusq nut has not been filed for string height and is not glued in. The original plastic nut (also not filed) will be included. This neck has had tuners installed previously. It was a parts build that I assembled but never finished. The specs say narrow tall frets but I think fender screwed up and put medium jumbo on instead. The fret ends are very nicely done and feel smooth. It really is a good neck but I’m looking to get a road worn telecaster now and no longer wanting a parts build.
