This is a DW "Tombstone" snare throw-off in Chrome from the late 90's - early 2000's. It functions perfectly. It doesn't come with a butt plate.
It has a 1-3/8" center-to-center, 2-vertical hole mount with black plastic gasket and original screws.
Early DW snares used a 7/8" center-to-center mount spacing, so make sure you measure yours before ordering.
