Up for sale is a stunning, powerhouse of a guitar, a 2005 Gibson Custom Shop Historic '57 Les Paul Custom Reissue, universally known as the "Black Beauty."

The neck was professionally tapered towards the nut. It’s a fantastic job. It’s still chunky. It’s solid and stable and holds tune perfectly.
Neck dimensions:
Thickness at 1st Fret: 0.90"
Thickness at 12th Fret: 1.00"
It currently has the waffle tuners installed but includes the Grover originals.
The frets are in great shape with no notable wear. It plays cleanly up and down the neck with excellent action and zero dead spots.
Truss Rod: Fully functional and adjusts smoothly.
Good, honest player's condition. There are a few cosmetic marks, light swirling, and minor dings here and there from normal use, as pictured.
