No cracks, ZERO issues. MINT condition. Pics tell the tale.
This is original for the 5150 head amp.
They came with the 5150 EVH initial head as well as the Script Logo version of the head.
This is not original for the Peavey 5150 2x12 combo amp but it does still work as the "Effects" button would normally be labeled "Reverb" instead of "Effects"
