Akai MPC 2500 (standard black, classic version) - tested and fully functional.

Powered up and tested this week after long careful storage. Everything works:

- Boots cleanly; bright LCD with full backlight (no dead pixels, no dim rows)

- All 16 pads responsive with proper velocity sensitivity

- Loads samples from CompactFlash and plays back correctly

- Clean audio through headphones and main outputs

- Faders, Q-link knobs, data wheel, and transport buttons all functional

Specs / configuration:

- 16MB RAM (stock/factory)

- Stock Akai OS (no JJOS installed - easy to add if desired)

- 2GB SanDisk CompactFlash card included (with some samples included - 606, 808, etc)

- No CD drive

- Full I/O: stereo out, 8 assignable mix outs, digital in/out, record in,4 MIDI out / 2 MIDI in, USB-B port

Cosmetic condition: Good, honest used condition. Visible paint wear and chips along the front and top edges, light scuffing, and normal aging on the data wheel thumb divot (all shown clearly in photos). No rust, no corrosion, no cracks, no functional issues. Pads and screen are clean. Serial number partially masked in photos for privacy. Label is intact and undamaged.
