I have a unique and gorgeous Kiesel Singlecut build here. This one is a recent build 2022 or '23 era. I do not have the build sheet but have a PDF copy of the original posted. This is a beautiful concept build, and since the price increases at Kiesel this one would spec out to about 3700$ ish on the builder. This guitar has been in my Personal collection (it's that good) for over a year. I am finally ready to let it go to make room for new guitars that have come my way.

Conditionally, this guitar looks beautiful and is easy to describe.

The body top shows just the faintest traces of scattered superficial swirling and faint traces of guitar pick strumming. There are no built up patterns or any accumulated sheen or clusters of any pick strumming or surface swirling. The gloss finish and the hardware are shiny and lustrous.

The body sides/edges look great across the perimeter. I did not find any bumps, indentations, or any buildup of any soft playwear.

The body back has no buckle rash or worming, nor any developments of any lower intensity soft pattern playwear. Any traces of superficial swirling will be absolutely minimal to nonexistent. It's exceptionally clean.

The neck shaft contour and the headstock look and feel great, with no marks there. The frets are tall and full, showing no pitting or divots. One very minor mention here is the side of the fretboard where the fret ends are. Some of them have a tiny little bit of clouding, which is like a little halo around the end of the metal fret. The frets are not sprouting or sharp. It's nice and smooth. Generally, high gloss guitars that have the side of the fretboard finished in high gloss will tend to develop this over the years. This one has very faint signs of that, barely worth mentioning.

The setup is fantastic, and that's one of the reasons why I've kept this guitar for so long. The neck is just so stable and well made. And out of all my guitars, this one handles the lowest action the best. So you really can get an exceptionally low action with this guitar without buzzing. And lastly, the electronics are working perfectly. The bridge pickup has a coil tap.

So this one rates a 9.4/10 and grades as excellent. I found minimal superficial signs of finish clouding on some of the fret ends, and very minimal signs of superficial swirling on the guitar itself. There's not a single mark of note on it, nor any buildup of any soft playwear. It's a beauty.

The 24.75 scale option was used specifically to get this guitar as close as possible to a Gibson Les Paul. That is the Les Paul scale. The body is nice and dense this one weighs 8lbs 6 ounces. The finish is reminiscent of Silver Burst Les Paul Customs. The double thick neck option may sound Big, but i can tell you it is not that big of a neck. This is comparable to later era Gibson Les Paul Traditionals, and similar to the "50s" model current Gibson Les Paul Standard, but thinner than Historic 50's era reissue Custom Shop Les Pauls.

So consider it a nice substantial entry level chunky neck. Not a baseball bat thick neck.

Aesthetically, and important tonally i feel everything turned out spectacular with this build. It has a warm, long sustaining sound with a nice slow decay and the familiar and loved combo of mahogany, maple top, rosewood fretboard shines through. Specifically this guitar captures what is best described as smoothness. There is no edgy high end. No brittleness. No thinness. Just a perfectly balanced single cut tone with big low mids and bass and perfect articulation in the highs,

One preferential thing i like here to is the stock Gotoh heavyweight zinc alloy tune o matic bridge also tends to contribute a warm open sound. Lightweight aluminum bridges/tailpieces which is are all the rage nowadays on expensive guitars. Sound airy, they do have a long singing sustain. But the trade off is they sound thinner and lack midrange warmth and fullness something sounds like it is "missing" with them. Kiesel does not use those on any of their builds that i know of. They always choose what sounds best. This guitar has the dynamic warm natural sounding tonality that i like in a singlecut.

So that's the story on this one. All Kiesel guitars are unique and their construction and performance is that of a USA Custom shop. As good as it gets. This one is a concept guitar of sorts emulating the most desirable features of a Les Paul including a gorgeous silverburst finish. And inherently has innovative modern features that make Kiesel so great like perfect SS frets, dual carbon neck support rods, state of the art truss rod, extra deep set neck tenon. It goes on and on. It's a wonderful beast of a guitar.

Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally and on my own Site as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged On Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.

I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.
