Atomic Frequency Booster / EQ / Band Pass Filter / Wah

Presenting Wizards Instrument's ATOMIC Frequency Booster.

It is a 2-pole Resonant Band Pass filter based on the ssi2140 chip.

The arrangement of the filter is done so that can function in several different ways.

• Variable Frequency Boost ( single band resonant EQ)
• BPF / Wah
• Notch / Phase

There is a 'Mix' control for wet/dry.

The filter signal is boosted so it can act as a EQ booster of a selected frequency. Boosting treble , mid or bass. The variable frequency sweeps the full audio spectrum so you can select which every frequency you desire and boost or cut.

It is a VC filter and there is an eternal input for an expression pedal for external control of the frequency. with this it can act as a wah. CV signals can also be used so if you have an LFO or envelope you can use it with this pedal.

The filter can switch between boost or cut (inverted). In the 'cut' mode it will produce phaser like sounds with the expression pedal.

The resonant peak will self-oscillate.

Input drive level control will allow a both synths and guitars to be used.

Requires 9vDC psu which is currently NOT included. Can accept up to 24 DC power for maximum headroom.

Handmade with an engraved poly-panel.
