Up for sale is my Squier Contemporary Active Starcaster in the stealthy Matte Black finish. If you’re looking for a massive, high-output sound in a unique offset semi-hollow shape, this is the one.

I’m listing this as a "B-Stock" instrument. There are some cosmetic marks and shiny spots on the matte paintwork on the body (which is very common with flat black finishes—please see the close-up photos for exact details), and a dink in the base of the body, that has been repaired.

However, beyond one dink in the base of the body, the guitar has hardly been played. The neck is pristine, the frets have virtually zero wear, and the electronics are completely untouched and working perfectly. It's spent most of its short life safely tucked away, so it plays and feels like a brand-new instrument straight out of the box.

Why it rocks: Unlike traditional semi-hollows, this Starcaster features a sealed center block, which completely eliminates feedback when you pile on the gain. Combined with the active Squier SQR humbuckers, it’s an absolute powerhouse for heavy riffs, dropped tunings, and modern high-gain tones, while still retaining that comfortable, resonant offset feel.
