Martin D28 Authentic 1937 Madagascar 2014 - Natural

Up for sale is a fantastic 2014 Martin D28 1937 Authentic 1937 with Madagascar Rosewood back and sides with an Adirondack pre VTS top. I'm the original owner and it has been very well cared for, always stored in a humidified guitar room in a house with no pets and no smokers. There are some swirls if you look close on the pick guard, the only real visual imperfection is a mark behind the tuner on the D string where a string winder made contact with the headstock, i tried to show that in one of the pics. The guitar has gone back to Martin twice. the first time the bridge started to detach and I also noticed the binding was having an issue, Martin did a fantastic job on the bridge repair. The second time it went back there was another small binding issue that was repaired. While it was there it had a refret done and it was also Plek'd. The only other issue is with the case, the main locking latch doesn't work, this does not affect the case closing but wanted to disclose the issue that's clear seen in one of the pics.

This is a completely broken in guitar with new frets and is ready to go.
