This is the wiring for an Epiphone modern 4 knob guitar. This wiring can be found in both the Epiphone modern Les Paul and SG. Though this is a modified wiring harness. I added a 4th alpha 500K push pull knob for the bridge tone knob. This 4th push pull without the circuit board on it is wired to put the bridge pickup into parallel wiring. Note this only puts the coils of the bridge pickup into parallel it is NOT putting the bridge and neck picks into parallel wiring. It is NOT a true Jimmy Page wiring. Just an extra tonal option for position 1 and 2. Epiphone quick connect humbucker wiring works for the original harness and the custom push/pull pot.
The original Epiphone push/pull wiring is:
- neck volume pulled up: split the neck humbucker to single coil
- neck tone pulled up: position 2 neck and bridge out of phase
- bridge volume pulled up: split the bridge humbucker to single coil
- bridge tone
Custom pot changes:
- bridge tone pulled up: bridge pickup wired in parallel in position 1 and 2
Notes:
This listing does include the original CTS pot for the bridge tone pot if you don't want to use that custom wired push pull.
Also this is not just a drop in wiring harness you will likely need to do some soldering to ground your bridge and handle switching and output.
