The NUX NDL-5 JTC Drum & Loop Pro is a dual-footswitch looper with a built-in rhythm section. One switch handles loop recording and playback while the other starts and stops the drum patterns, with a second tap adding a fill. It stores up to 256 loops across 6 hours of recording time and lets you choose from 40 drum patterns across 4/4, 3/4, and shuffle feels with tempo adjustable from 40 to 240 bpm.
The drum sounds are realistic enough for practice or writing, and the smart tap tempo works once the drums are running. You can run loops with or without the rhythm backing and recall saved loops easily via the dial selector.
