Gibson Flying V Traditional from 2012 in Ebony Finish. Guitar is Excellent condition throughout with exception of 2 hanger marks (finish reaction from hanger, precious owner), and knobs have a couple small cracks in top (easily replaceable). Finish is otherwise clean throughout with no major scratches on the top, neck or headstock face. Some minor swirls / lines on back (see pic). This a particularly great playing and sounding one. Nice and light, but not too light. Very cool short run Of this design. Slightly shorter length (10%) but slightly thicker body feels great. Gibson Burstbucker 3 in the bridge and 2 in the neck are just hot enough to make this axe a thrill ride. I added Faber full contact height washers under the tailpiece studs..they definitely added to the resonance. Set it up with D’Addario XL 9.5 with low action.
Comes with all original papers, including the factory bench photo and the good Flying V gig bag.
