Yamaha YTR-2335 Student Bb Trumpet. Yamaha makes excellent student trumpets. This model is the most popular Yamaha student trumpet on Reverb. They are so well made. Solid construction. Also, they are free-blowing and sound great. Perfect for students to learn on. This one is in near-mint condition. There are some tiny blemishes in the finish and some tiny dings, and some minor scuffs, but overall the lacquer is excellent. Mechanically, it's in outstanding condition: slides are very smooth, and valves are fast. It was very well cared for, so there's a lot of life still in it. It has just been serviced. Comes with a Yamaha 11B4 mouthpiece. Also comes with a Yamaha case that has some signs of wear, and some small spots have been taped, including the handle. Interior is excellent, however. Side note on this trumpet. The earlier made Yamaha YTR-2335 trumpets were made in Japan and were outstanding quality. Later ones were made in China, and quality was not as good. When the YTR-2330's came out they had corrected the quality issues of manufacturing in China. This particular trumpet was made in China, HOWEVER, it is top notch quality. I have sold over 300 Yamaha trumpets, and if I didn't see "Made in China" stamped on the side of it, I wouldn't have believed it. It's one of the best quality YTR-2335's I've seen.
