This is an insanely cool 1965 Gibson EB-0 in an extremely rare Pelham Blue Finish and is paired with an original case!
This example is gorgeous but unfortunately there was a heel repair at one point in time! Luckily, whoever did the work made sure to not try and cover it up or try and match any of the original finish! The neck is holding extremely well and can take quite a beating, we put some pressure on it when we took this EB-0 in and couldn’t detect any movement! The neck angle is a little sharper now and can be seen in pictures above!
99% of the components to this piece are original, The strap button on the rear looks to be replaced! All electronics are tested and are fully functional!
Aside from the heel repair, the body is in GREAR shape! The finish has faded over time in typical Pelham Blue fashion, and there is some intense checking all over the instrument! The neck is straight as an arrow and the original frets have signs of wear but nothing that is a cause for concern. Truss rod is functional!
The Serial Number is visible and dates the guitar to 1965!
These show up VERY rarely so get it while it’s hot!
