Amazing condition for a 59 year old guitar! Factory Bigsby only elevates the wow factor and vibe of this golden era Gibson. i only hesitate on calling it excellent condition because the sublime weather checking on the classic 60s sparkling burgundy finish is not original, it is just a real example of authentic aging like we now pay thousands extra to recreate on our Murphy Lab guitars. 6.6 pounds. Sounds absolutely lovely. Really an amazing piece, 1 9/16 nut width, .84 at the first fret, .97 at the 12th fret, really dark fretboard. Long Neck is reference to neck joining body at 19th fret while es-330 was originally sold in the later 50's and earlier 60s with necks joints at the 16th fret. Nicely yellowed binding. No breaks, no issues. Comes in original Gibson hardshell case, a couple of scrapes through the tolex but case is sound and fully functional. This era of Gibson guitars are notoriously difficult to date. I bought it many years ago from a nationally known vintage dealer who put it at 1967. Serial number is 360600. Serial number number and features could put it anywhere from 1965 to 1968, as you wish, but I am sticking with the 1967 I was originally given.
Thanks for having a look, If you buy it and do not love it, send it back for a full refund, no questions asked no reasons or explanations needed. You deserve to love your guitars and this guitar really, really deserves to be with someone who will love it for the treasure it is!
