Made in China by Saga Musical Instruments.
It is a modern, good-quality 4-string tenor guitar, not a vintage 1930s/40s tenor. The BR-70T is the higher-spec Blueridge tenor model, with a solid Sitka spruce top, Santos rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, abalone-style trim/inlays, gold hardware, and a 22.9 inch / 582 mm scale length.
Your photos show it with a hard case, decorative pearl-style body binding, oval/diamond fret inlays, and what looks like clean overall condition.
