Here is an absolutely gorgeous non-chambered Gibson USA Les Paul Classic Honey Burst from 1998. The 90’s classics are phenomenal guitars and this particular Classic was selected for export to Japan by Yamano, who it is said secured many of the greatest tops of the 90’s & 2000’s. It bears testimony to that with some superb plaintop maple graining all over; it has a real Custom Shop R8 feel to it. I've tried to catch the top on this as best I can because it really is striking. It's in wonderful condition and has absolutely no breaks, repairs or mods. Being a Classic it has a 60’s neck and weighs in at healthy non-chambered 4.3kg. It is all factory spec just as it came out of Nashville. Heaps of life in the frets, the truss rod is fine and the neck is straight. No problems either structurally or electrically. It comes with the original Japanese Yamano import booklet. Although pre-owned it’s in very clean condition overall. No harsh dings or paint chips. Some subtle buckle rash on the back and some scratches on the front but no gouges and nothing through the paint. Complete with original 1990’s Tan Gibson HSC which is in also in great condition with no issues. A very special 60's Gibson Yamano Export Les Paul Classic from the great Classic years.
