EBMM makes awesome guitars, but I think this one is an especially great example. The hardtail models always seem more Tele-like and ring out more. Resonant and light weight at 6 pounds, 11 ounces. Electronics all work fine. Awesome flame figuring in the neck. As with all gold hardware, there is some degree of tarnishing and light pitting going on. Cosmetically, it’s in pretty good shape. There are some scratches in the clear coat and general play wear. There is one tiny dimple on the front that I was not able to quite capture; this is not the easiest finish to get on camera.

I have recently *VERY* lightly sanded the neck with 0000 steel wool to remove any prior gunk or light scratches and refreshed the neck finish with Casey Birchwood Tru Oil and Gunstock Wax as per EBMM’s guidelines. The neck now feels quite a bit smoother and will only continue to feel smoother until the next time the finish needs to be touched up. Restrung with fresh EB 10-46s. Comes with the original case. Truss rod turns freely, everything works great. These are one of my favorite guitar models ever; I’m only selling to fund a very sentimental purchase.
