This is an upgraded made in Korea squier Strat from 1989-92. It obviously features a red body with a maple fretboard.
I have refurbished and set this guitar up to sound like a classic Strat again. Bought the guitar about 6 months ago and the first thing I replaced and redid was the bridge with a classic fender bridge and had the springs reset. The tremolo works perfectly and stays in tune through full bending. Set up the action to a nice smooth playability. Also have upgraded the pickups to MIM fender standard single coils. I don’t have the year that the pickups came out of. I do have 2 of the pickups that came with it and a weird humbucker that was in it when I got it. I’ll throw these in with purchase. Strap, strap guards, and pick not included.
I have decided to sell to upgrade to a fender but I have put time and money into this guitar so i would like to see it go to a good home.
