Made in 2007, the B.C. Rich WMD Warbeast Onyx is one of the most aggressive and visually striking models ever produced by B.C. Rich, featuring the iconic Warbeast body shape finished in Black Onyx with the distinctive Widow headstock design.
The guitar is in very good condition overall, showing only minor signs of regular use. As is common with this body shape, there are a few small dings on the tips of the wings, along with some light scratches and cosmetic wear. There are no structural issues, and the frets are in good condition.
It features a neck-through construction with mahogany body wings, a maple neck, ebony fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets, and a 25.5" scale length.
The guitar is equipped with a pair of original Rockfield Mafia humbuckers, delivering a powerful and aggressive sound with excellent clarity, strong output, and tight low-end response. These pickups are perfectly suited for hard rock and metal while remaining versatile enough for a variety of playing styles. Additional features include a Floyd Rose tremolo system, Grover tuners, black hardware, and the classic B.C. Rich control layout with independent volume controls, master tone, and a 3-way selector switch.
The neck-through construction provides excellent sustain and upper-fret access, while the Warbeast body delivers the unmistakable stage presence that made the WMD series so popular. Despite its extreme appearance, the guitar remains surprisingly comfortable and well-balanced.
The instrument looks fantastic, plays effortlessly, and delivers the crushing tone expected from a premium B.C. Rich metal machine.
