This vintage Rickenbacker from 1976 just turned 50! The finish definitely shows some battle scars but it really looks great! The frets are in excellent shape and everything is functional as it should be. The pickguard does have a small crack in the corner that has been secured.
The bass does have some electronics upgrades, the nut was upgraded to Brass and the bridge upgraded to a Hipshot. The original parts are included and more info on these mods below.
Bridge Pickup Cover is included but is not currently installed.
We gave this bass a new setup and ensured it works as it should. This is a great playing vintage Rickenbacker!
Bass ships in what we believe is the original hard-shell case. The wood is definitely cracked in some spots but the tolex is in alright shape. The latches will work but are not the most secure and can open up. We can either ship in this case or inside of a different case.
