You are looking at a 2017 Fender Limited Edition Parallel Universe Strat-Tele Hybrid Electric Guitar. You are looking at a 2017 Fender Limited Edition Parallel Universe Strat-Tele Hybrid Electric Guitar. Parallel Universe guitars are a very limited run. They are very cool designs that are done very creatively. This Strat-Tele Hybrid, gives you the best features of each guitar. An Ash Tele Body with a Strat Neck and '69 Custom Shop aged Strat pickups. 

This Parallel Universe Strat-Tele was a 2018 Limited Edition. Only 250 were made for that model year. They have been discontinued.

Like many classic Teles, the Fender Limited Edition Parallel Universe Strat-Tele Hybrid's body is crafted from beautiful ash. Known for its big lows and chiming highs, ash injects this guitar with plenty of twang. And like the Stratocaster, the Parallel Universe Strat-Tele Hybrid features expertly executed contours on the top and back. 

Neck crafted with you in mind

The guitar's performance-driven features extend to the neck in a big way. Its all-maple construction and classic-looking Fender logo are perfectly standard. Yet unlike vintage Fenders, run up the fingerboard and you'll immediately appreciate its more modern 9.5" fingerboard radius. The back of the neck sports a modern Deep C profile that ensures you have plenty to get your hands on, while never interfering with your playing.

Versatile electronics package

Even with the customizations to the Fender Limited Edition Parallel Universe Strat-Tele Hybrid's neck and body, it's the guitar's unique combination of Tele design with a Strat's pickup layout that will strike you first. By loading the guitar's pickguard with Custom Shop '69 Aged Strat single-coil pickups, Fender was able to keep the twang and bell-like character its guitars are legendary for, while giving this Tele body those in-between sounds we all love.

Cosmetics: Excellent Condition. Both Top and Back are very clean. Some light strumming scratches on the pickguard. A pencil point ding on the Top. The Back has a few light marks from being held next to the player's body. Neck, Fingerboard and Headstock in great shape. Fender Molded Hard Shell Case in Excellent Condition. All latches work. Interior is Fine. Overall, a very solid used Tele-Strat in Excellent Condition.
