One of my favorite named instruments of all time is this 70's lawsuit era "Precisely" bass. As with all Univox copies of this period (Hi-Flier), the quality and materials are top notch matching the feel and tone of it's American inspiration. This particular bass has clearly seen its share of use, with dents and dings and a couple of nasty gashes below the vol/tone knobs and above on the opposite side closer to the horn. Despite the "abuse", the rest of this bass is solid with a great feeling neck and resonant body. The original pickups have been replaced with some adjustments made to the pickguard.
