Edirol FA-101 FireWire AudioCapture interface, made in Japan. A well-regarded 10-in/10-out interface known for clean converters and solid preamps.

- 2 combo XLR/¼" inputs with phantom power and Hi-Z/Lo-Z switching — excellent mic/instrument preamps

- Direct hardware monitoring; FireWire 400 (two ports); bus-powerable
Please note: This is a FireWire interface and is not class-compliant. It needs FireWire and appropriate drivers. It works on older PCs (Windows 7-era), older Macs (including via a Thunderbolt-to-FireWire adapter), and Linux via FFADO. It is not plug-and-play on modern Windows 10/11, so it's priced for someone who can give it the right home.
Condition: Powered on and worked normally when last used a few years ago. It's been in storage since and hasn't been retested, as I no longer have a FireWire machine. So it's sold as working-when-stored. Cosmetically clean apart from some bloom on the rubber knobs.
