For sale we have a killer 1993 Gibson Flying V ’67 Reissue in factory Alpine White finish with original hardshell case.
A faithful recreation of Gibson’s iconic late-1960s design, this USA-made Flying V delivers the aggressive sound, fast playability and classic styling that has made this iconic model a favorite among so many incredible players over the decades. This particular example has been played and enjoyed over the years and shows honest play wear with dings, dents, scuffs and scratches scattered throughout both the body and neck. There is strum wear on the pickguard and a faint (very difficult to photograph) rectangular shadow of a sticker that was removed from the bass side upper bout. The neck is in great shape and plays beautifully. The original medium jumbo frets are present and show only a touch of visible play wear on the first 5 or 6 frets. There is a strip of a pattern of small dots along the backside of the neck likely caused from resting on some kind of material (maybe a strap?) that affected the finish over time. The little dots are very shallow and can hardly be felt, but there they are. Aside from that the instrument is all-original to the very best of our knowledge and a fantastic player.
