Fender Limited Edition Hybrid II Jazzmaster MIJ Noir 2023 Guitar

Here for sale we have a Fender MIJ Limited Hybrid II Jazzmaster in Noir finish. Made in Japan in 2023 this guitar features an Alder body finished in Satin Urethane, Maple neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Vintage-Style Locking tuning machines and 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Adjustable bridge with “Floating” Tremolo Tailpiece. A pair of Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single Coils are fitted and wired to a 3-way pickup selector, master volume and master tone.

The Maple neck plays well, with Fender's popular Modern 'C' profile feeling comfortable in the hand and offering comfortable playability in all registers. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a durable playing surface, and with its 9.5" radius strikes a nice balance between easy chord playing and practicality for lead lines and string bending. The familiar lines of the Jazzmaster body feel as great in the arms as ever, and provide a comfortable playing experience in both standing or seated positions. 

The pair of Hybrid II Custom Voiced Jazzmaster single-coils pickups provide a glistening brightness which allows you to cut through any mix. The single coil in the neck provides you with smooth and rounded low end making both chords and lead lines full, whilst being able to distinguish each note clearly. The bridge pickup offers crystalline highs and makes chords clear and well-defined. The Hybrid II Custom Voiced Jazzmaster Single Coils also handle overdrive very well offering saturated driven tones with harmonious highs and growling low end.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Any markings to the headstock are difficult to discern. Very light scratching can be seen to the front face under very close inspection.

Neck: Overall very good condition. The rear of the neck and fingerboard edges demonstrate light indentations. Most notably at the 2nd, 6th & 7th fret. Any other markings to the neck and fingerboard are difficult to discern.

Body: Overall very good condition. Mild indentation is apparent to the front face lower bout edges and sides. These have not removed any of the finish and do not reveal the wood beneath.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5mm hex) not included.

Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Light scratching and tarnishing is apparent to the bridge, tailpiece and tuners. Mild scratching is apparent to the pickguard, however the protective plastic is still in place.

Structural: Fully functional.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm

Fender Hard Case

Fully functional and very good condition. The outer shell demonstrates light scuff marks. Any markings to the inner lining are difficult to discern.
