Music Man was Leo Fender’s second company, founded in the 1970s (he would later go on to create a third: G&L). The Silhouette Special draws inspiration from the Stratocaster while incorporating a more modern design and construction.
This example is equipped with a pair of DiMarzio humbuckers in an HH configuration, featuring a relatively low output level for excellent clarity and dynamics. The ash body is paired with a maple neck finished in satin for enhanced playing comfort, along with a 10-inch radius maple fingerboard. It is also fitted with a Floyd Rose tremolo system.
Presented in very good condition, it is sold with its original hard case.
