This pedal works like a standard volume pedal but has an overall range control and five different input levels which progressively increases the amount of overdrive. The “Pedal Range” adjusts the minimum, starting point level, and the “Input Level” increases the output in five stages from 1 to 5.
Setting at lower levels provides subtle gain to the signal, while pushing the pedal at maximum “Input Level” produces a powerful overdriven sound.
Famous for being used by Jimmy Page in the early 1970s. Very rare pedal and especially rare to find a fully functional example.
