This guitar has new strings recently and it was set up professionally. I don't know it's history I got it as it is from a luthier who had repaired some cracks on the top. It also looks like it may have had a neck reset at one point. The bridge was sanded down to get good action and good angle over the bridge. This has good action for an old 12 string. Very playable and rings out like a solid wood 50+ year old Gibson.
The action is 6/64th at the high E and 9/64th at the low E.
You may be able to get it a 64th of an inch lower on the saddle but not much more.
This includes an old vintage hard shell case which is not original to the guitar but of a similar era.
