Technics SL-1200M7L Red 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Turntable with Audio-Technica Cartridge

Technics SL-1200M7L in red, the 50th Anniversary Limited Edition of the legendary SL-1200 series. Based on the SL-1200MK7, this was a limited run of 12,000 units worldwide across seven colors and is now discontinued.

Limited-edition features:

• Gold-anodized S-shaped tonearm

• Serial-numbered 50th Anniversary badge on the top plate

• Gold Technics logo slipmat

• Coreless direct-drive motor, adjustable pitch control, reverse play, and stylus illuminator

The turntable has seen very little use and operates perfectly. The direct drive is strong and accurate, and all controls function as they should. The chassis, platter, tonearm, and controls are clean and in great shape.

Full transparency on cosmetics:

• The dust cover (the removable clear lid) has surface scuffs and scrapes, a texture imprint, and a crack. This is a standard removable part and can be replaced separately. It does not affect the turntable itself.

• One of the rubber feet on the rear is damaged.

Included with the turntable:

• Audio-Technica AT-VM95ML/H cartridge and headshell combo. This is an upgrade cartridge with a Microlinear stylus that currently retails for around $219 on its own. It means the deck is ready to play, no separate cartridge purchase needed.

• The original Technics SL-1200M7L owner’s manual

• RCA phono cables for connecting to a receiver or speakers

• A hum and buzz isolation accessory to reduce ground-loop noise in your setup

This is a turnkey package. The turntable is a collectible limited edition in excellent working condition, and it comes with everything you need to connect it and start playing records right away.
