The Perfect 59 Special, the toggle switch is in the best place, has the Les Paul Logo, the neck p-90 is in the right place and it's fairly light!

The neck has an amazing broken in feel and is substantial at .87 at 1st fret and .94 at the 12th.

What you need to know:

• At some point different tuners were installed, so the holes have been reamed out larger and there are extra screw holes visible on the back of the headstock.
• The original tuners were reinstalled with non-original conversion bushings to fill the enlarged holes.
• A compensated bridge and locking studs have been installed.
• The guitar has been refretted.
• The neck heel has been repaired.
• The base of the neck pickup cavity has been filled with epoxy to reinforce the neck heel repair.
• The finish on the back of the neck heel has been touched up.
• It plays well with low action. The frets are narrow with medium height and light play wear.
• Original p90 pickups and original wiring with bumblebee caps. The tape on the neck pickup lead has been replaced. Likely this pickup was removed while the neck heel was repaired and then reinstalled.
