This Boss DS-1 distortion pedal was made in Japan and is the silver screw / black label version. It is a highly sought-after collectors piece featuring vintage circuitry that players claim sounds warmer and clearer than modern versions. It has a few light nicks and scratches and is missing the battery compartment screw gasket. Overall however, it is very clean for its age.
