Here we have a Fender Telecaster maple cap neck from 1968. Original finish, frets and with working truss rod. The neck is very true as these are stable next due to the I think these necks are superior tonally. There is very little playing wear and a few obvious dings. As you can see at the end of the fingerboard, someone began cutting a slot for an additional fret. I assume they were looking to do a half fret for the higher strings only and abandoned the idea because it would be too weak. Obviously.
