Boss PH-2 Super Phaser Pedal.
Cosmetically the pedal looks pretty used, but it works perfectly as sounds awesome.
Pedal was fully tested and works as it should with no issues.
The Boss PH-2 Super Phaser is a powerful, fully analog phaser pedal originally manufactured by Roland - Global from 1984 to 2001. Known for its swirling, intense effects, it features a 12-stage phase shift circuit and versatile parameter controls for wide-ranging sound shaping.
Key Features & Specs
- Controls: Depth, Rate (from 100ms to 14 seconds), and Resonance.
- Two Modes: Features a mode switch to select between two different phasers. Mode 1 is a standard, less prominent phasing, whereas Mode 2 provides a deeper, highly experimental phase effect.
- Phase Shift: 12 steps, 2160 degrees.
- Power: Runs on a 9V battery or a Roland - Global ACA series adapter.
- Bypass/Switching: Uses FET electronic switching for click-free operation.
- Construction: Classic, durable metal Boss compact housing.

The PH-2 had a long run and was produced in two main variations: [
- Made in Japan (MIJ): Sought after by collectors and often features the coveted "black label".
- Made in Taiwan (MIT): Standard production models that followed.
