Vintage 1960's ET-200 Teisco Del Ray body and neck

original mid-1960s Japanese-made tulip-body electric guitar body and neck assembly being sold as a restoration project. The set retains its original sunburst finish, matching neck, Teisco Del Rey headstock badge, zero fret, steel reinforced neck decal, and original vibrato assembly. This is an excellent foundation for a period-correct restoration or vintage Japanese guitar project.

The neck requires service before use. One tuner gear is missing, the tuning machines show significant corrosion, and the truss rod adjustment hardware is absent, leaving truss rod functionality unknown. The neck appears complete otherwise and includes the original nut, string retainer, and tuner strip. The body is missing pickups, electronics, pickguard, bridge, and most hardware, but retains the original finish and neck pocket. For some unknown reason, there is a chunk of wood glued into the pickup cavity--it's a real head-scratcher, but it's there. It's got one screw hole in it, so it could have been there to help secure a pickup at one point in the guitar's life. Please review all photos carefully and assume the instrument will require repair, setup, and restoration work.
