In my possession for about a year

Belonged since NEW to the legendary VALERIO ZELLI, singer of O.R.O. and of the original version of the song VIVO PER... (winner of the first edition of San Remo Giovani 1995 and made a global success by ANDREA BOCELLI and GIORGIA with a lyrics by Gatto Panceri, VIVO PER LEI is the second best-selling Italian song in the world in its various versions /translations.

The guitar is completely original apart from the tremolo, the old tremolo, used, CBS Era, with mass fused together and Zamax saddles... it had already been replaced many years ago with a vintage 57, 62 Fender tremolo obviously Made in USA with steel mass and folded metal saddles (a classic up-grade) The vintage 57 tremolo arm has been lost, there is a similar one but it is not the original.

The frets have been redone and are still very good

The wiring, the pick-ups, the potentiometers... it's all original.

(In the past a mini lever and a mini trimmer potentiometer had been added, to be able to select all 3 pick-ups together and equalize the extra one to the right point) Everything was then removed without damage because they were just extra wires added, furthermore the mini lever was a nuisance for maneuvering tone and volume... the 2 very small dedicated holes were plugged and it is difficult to see where they had been made.

Everything works properly, no rustling noise

Guitar lived but without breaks, full of history

Behind the backplate VALERIO ZELLI made me a beautiful autographed dedication! In fact I didn't screw it so as not to risk to discolour it✌️🙂👍

The hard case that has always protected the guitar has survived with some broken hooks, but it remains closed and has very primitive drawings on it 😁
