The Gibson J-185 EC is an acoustic-electric guitar featuring Gibson’s famous "mini-Jumbo" body style combined with a cutaway for easier upper-fret access. Prized for offering the powerful projection of a larger Jumbo in a comfortable size, these guitars are highly versatile studio and stage instruments.
Body & Shape: A classic 16-inch lower bout that is slightly slimmer and more compact than the massive SJ-200.
Electronics: Outfitted with premium under-saddle pickups or preamps like the Fishman Aura to deliver excellent plugged-in tone.
A bone nut and saddle was added by Guitar House Workshop in Columbus.
