The Telecaster has long been a favorite among many guitarists; praised by many for its no-nonsense character, but equally loved for its versatility. No musical style is too powerful for the all-round Telecaster!

The model had been an indispensable part of the guitar landscape since the early 1950s and has essentially remained completely unchanged over the years. This Custom Shop Telecaster pays hommage to the models from the early days.

The Fender Custom Shop 1952 Telecaster Relic Aged Butterscotch Blonde solid body electric guitar features one piece ash body, maple neck and fretboard. This is a bold sounding guitar, combining the Tele twang with a very resonant body. The neck has a 52 style U shape. Remarkably it has a 9.50" radius instead of the 7.25" radius that was used in the 50s.

The sound is amplified by two 51 Nocaster pick-ups. Controlled by a 3-way toggle switch, a tone and a volume.

On this 2022 model it is hard to tell what is natural playwear and what is heavy relic. It all blends together really well.
