1950’s era 3M Wollensak by Shure model B-162-4 Dynamic Microphone with stand. These mics were made for Wollensak by fellow downtown Chicago manufacturer Shure for inclusion with their tape recorders and other gear.
The original non-working element has been removed and replaced with a new 500 ohm dynamic element for full fidelity and it is producing clear output. The attached 5 foot cable has a standard male XLR plug ready to connect to most any mixer or audio interface. The mic also has a standard 5/8” receptacle so it can be mounted to any modern mic stand. It also allows the mic to be tilted about 20 degrees backward. The mic stands approximately 7 1/2 inches high.
Excellent cosmetic condition, this mic displays beautifully, very cool retro 50’s design!
I pack very carefully and ship your purchase the same day as your purchase in most cases. Check my feedback!
