2025 Fender Made in Japan Traditional 2025 Collection ’60s Jaguar – Black – Limited Edition – Mint Condition
Purchased brand new by me at Ishibashi Music in Tokyo in May 2026. This limited-edition Made in Japan Traditional 2025 Collection Jaguar was hand-selected during my trip to Japan and personally brought back to California.
This guitar is in true mint condition. It has only been removed from its gig bag for photographs and has otherwise remained safely stored in the closet since arriving home from Japan. There are no scratches, chips, dents, buckle rash, pick marks, or signs of wear whatsoever. Even the factory protective film remains on the pickups. It would be difficult to distinguish this guitar from one hanging on the wall of a Fender dealer.
The Made in Japan Traditional Series revives Fender’s most beloved classic designs with a modern twist. Authentic Fender DNA, vintage-inspired styling, and the precision of Japanese craftsmanship combine to create an instrument that feels both timeless and contemporary.
Built with a gloss-finished basswood body, a comfortable “U”-shaped maple neck, a 9.5” fingerboard radius, and 22 vintage-style frets, this Jaguar delivers a playing experience that feels familiar while incorporating subtle modern refinements. The original Traditional-series Jaguar pickups provide the articulate, expressive tones that have made the Jaguar a favorite among surf, indie, alternative, and experimental players for decades.
The vintage-style floating tremolo and 6-saddle bridge complete the classic Jaguar experience, offering the unique feel and character that have made this model one of Fender’s most iconic offset designs.
